Davis Produce House has one king-size bedroom and one queen-size bedroom, both with private spa ensuites. The ground floor has a generous open plan kitchen, dining, living area – including laundry. Its entrance is in the corner where the weatherboards meet, the door that has a small awning above.
This period guest house features charming Tudor style décor with a master bedroom with views over the inner courtyard. The second bedroom complete with en-suite and spa is on a lofted mezzanine overlooking the upstairs lounge area and balconies. The ground floor provides a large open plan kitchen/living area. This elegant house offers the perfect self-contained getaway.
All apartments have reverse cycle heating/cooling, television, wifi access, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Davis has a full size kitchen, with a six seater dining table.

AMENITIES: ensuite to the master bedroom, ten apartments include spa facilities, one ground floor apartment has a large shower room. *The houses nearby do not have spas. All accommodation features TV, WiFi, kitchen, stove top, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, reverse cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), hairdryer and bathroom essentials.
PROVISIONS: we provide some complimentary self-catering basics: water, juice, milk, cereal, tea, coffee and biscuits. Unfortunately we cannot cater to individual dietary requirements, so please bring any extra breakfast items that you think you might need. Local supermarkets are only a few blocks nearby.
CHECK-IN FROM 3PM: *Check-in directly at The Camperdown Mill (3-5 Curdie Street), or house if that is what you have booked. You will have received a key-code and directions to your room in your confirmation email and via text. *Please note that we have a strict No Party Policy, No Pets & a No Smoking Policy, in consideration of our neighbours and fellow guests.
