Ower's Mill House On three levels. 3 bedroom guest house.

GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN LIVING AREA – BEDROOMS ARE ALL UPSTAIRS *SPIRAL STAIRCASE 70m2

2 queen beds, 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with spa ensuites, this three bedroom guest house (our largest) has an ambient quaintness. The three-storey, weatherboard building has slim windows, high gabled roof and external balconies. To find Ower’s turn right in the courtyard, it’s the largest weatherboard, its entrance has glass doors with a balcony above it. 

On the ground floor is the kitchen living area (including dining, lounge and laundry facilities). The second floor (up a spiral staircase) has a shared spa bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds in it. The top floor has a queen bedroom with a spa ensuite. A feature of the apartment is the antique furniture which compliments the original features dating back 140+ years. 

All apartments have reverse cycle heating/cooling, television, wifi access, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.  Ower’s has a full size kitchen, with a six seater dining table.

AMENITIES: ensuite to the master bedroom, ten apartments include spa facilities, one ground floor apartment has a large shower room. *The houses nearby do not have spas. All accommodation features TV, WiFi, kitchen, stove top, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, reverse cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), hairdryer and bathroom essentials.

PROVISIONS: we provide some complimentary self-catering basics: water, juice, milk, cereal, tea, coffee and biscuits. Unfortunately we cannot cater to individual dietary requirements, so please bring any extra breakfast items that you think you might need. Local supermarkets are only a few blocks nearby.

CHECK-IN FROM 3PM: *Check-in directly at The Camperdown Mill (3-5 Curdie Street), or house if that is what you have booked. You will have received a key-code and directions to your room in your confirmation email and via text. *Please note that we have a strict No Party Policy, No Pets & a No Smoking Policy, in consideration of our neighbours and fellow guests.

CHECK- OUT BY 10AM: If you would like to request a late check-out, please do let us know and we will try to assist as best as possible. *Please note that all special requests are subject to staff availability, additional charges apply.
