Check-in from 3.00pm directly at The Camperdown Mill (3-5 Curdie Street) or houses if that is what you have booked. You will have received a door-code and directions to your room in a text message sent on the day of (or day/s prior to) your arrival.

Please note that check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please do let us know and we will try to assist as best as possible. *Please note that all special requests are subject to staff availability, additional charges apply.

Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Mill Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the standard check-out time.

*Please note that we have a strict No Party Policy, No Pets & a No Smoking Policy, in consideration of our neighbours and fellow guests. *All rooms are strictly No Smoking, No Vaping, No Candles, No Incense.

EARLY CHECK-OUT:
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you selected to pay on arrival when booking but arrive after 5.00pm (outside of office hours) please see Mill Reception the following morning from 9.00am, if you need to leave earlier then please call 0436 655 544 between 9.00am-5.00 Mon-Fri weekdays, excluding public holidays.

If on arrival after 5.00pm (outside of office hours) you have any trouble finding or accessing your room please text and also call several times. We have an sms auto-reply in place but will see/hear that you need help. Door codes and directions to your room will have been sent via text, email and/or booking system message – depending on what contact details we have.

We do our best to provide you with check-in details however sometimes travel agents do not provide the correct information and we cannot always communicate directly with you until you try to contact us. If this happens, we will also leave a sign on the door of Mill Reception, and/or on your apartment door.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests can cancel their booking 48 hours prior to 2.00pm of the day of arrival with no penalty. Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night stay of the accommodation. This cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings, which will generally incur a 50% cancellation fee for the whole stay.

PROVISIONS
We provide some inclusive self-catering breakfast and snack basics: water, juice, milk, cereal, tea, coffee and biscuits. Unfortunately we cannot cater to individual dietary requirements, so please bring any extra breakfast provisions that you think you might need. Supermarkets are a few blocks nearby. 

AMENITIES
Ensuite to the master bedroom, ten apartments include spa facilities, one ground floor apartment has a large shower room. All accommodation features TVs, WiFi, kitchens; stove top, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, reverse cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), hairdryer and bathroom essentials. *The houses nearby do not have spas.

PET POLICY

With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, ALL pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction without refund and a $200 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishing effected.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY RATES
Please note that on Public Holidays our daily rates will include an additional $20 per each daily room rate to help cover running costs during these periods
