We only release some of our rooms online due to the diversity of our accommodation offer. Our RMS direct booking system will show you full availability for dates selected. *Please note that six of our eleven Mill houses have stairs, ten of the eleven have spa ensuites, so please call during office hours if you would like help in choosing the best room(s) for your needs. We also have 3 holiday houses available along the same street, not all are featured on our online booking systems.

I’ve stayed in a few different rooms at the Camperdown Mill multiple times over the past few weeks, and the cleanliness has been absolutely on point every single time. I always get such a wonderful sleep, and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is something I just can’t seem to soak in enough, even after staying quite a few times. The layouts work perfectly, and I absolutely love the style and character throughout the Mill. It really is the kind of place where you want to stay in the different rooms too, because each one has its own unique touches and charm. Every stay has felt a little different while still being just as beautiful and comfortable. I genuinely love staying here and always look forward to coming back. ❤️

Ideal location to access the city and the amenities are quite good! Highly recommend this place if you're looking to trail around the area or work!

The furniture, artwork and décor have been thoughtfully chosen, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The fit-out is exceptional, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. It was also fantastic value for money, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to Tracy, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and her attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear she takes great pride in ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. The room was very great and perfectly suited our needs that one night (about 170$). A great comfortable bed, a great bath, a well furnished kitchen. Everything we needed was there. There is a car park available if needed. We enjoyed. Thanks a lot to Angela and her team ! They were very friendly and accomodating !

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is an amazing, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Tracey was so friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and comfortable. This is our second stay here and definitely won't be our last.

The 1868 renovated historic Mill buildings feature balconies with oak avenue views, mezzanine and attic bedrooms, private roof terraces and wide verandas, all nestled in an elegant courtyard setting which provides BBQ areas and comfortable outdoor dining areas. Each apartment is individually styled and assumes its own personality, in turn reflecting the diversity of the people that first contributed to our region: the pioneers, after whom the rooms are named. There is guest car parking space within the central courtyard. Ground floor terrace apartments, along an L shaped verandah, flank the back of the grounds. Located just a few blocks away, an easy walking distance, is Camperdown’s main street with its beautiful elm tree avenue, gothic clocktower, delightful cafés, boutiques, antique & old-wares, secondhand and collectible shops.

Check-in from 3.00pm directly at The Camperdown Mill (3-5 Curdie Street) or houses if that is what you have booked. You will have received a door-code and directions to your room in a text message sent on the day of (or day/s prior to) your arrival.

Please note that check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please do let us know and we will try to assist as best as possible. *Please note that all special requests are subject to staff availability, additional charges apply.

Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Mill Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the standard check-out time.

*Please note that we have a strict No Party Policy, No Pets & a No Smoking Policy, in consideration of our neighbours and fellow guests. *All rooms are strictly No Smoking, No Vaping, No Candles, No Incense.

EARLY CHECK-OUT:
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

LATE ARRIVALS:
If you selected to pay on arrival when booking but arrive after 5.00pm (outside of office hours) please see Mill Reception the following morning from 9.00am, if you need to leave earlier then please call 0436 655 544 between 9.00am-5.00 Mon-Fri weekdays, excluding public holidays.

If on arrival after 5.00pm (outside of office hours) you have any trouble finding or accessing your room please text and also call several times. We have an sms auto-reply in place but will see/hear that you need help. Door codes and directions to your room will have been sent via text, email and/or booking system message – depending on what contact details we have.

We do our best to provide you with check-in details however sometimes travel agents do not provide the correct information and we cannot always communicate directly with you until you try to contact us. If this happens, we will also leave a sign on the door of Mill Reception, and/or on your apartment door.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests can cancel their booking 48 hours prior to 2.00pm of the day of arrival with no penalty. Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night stay of the accommodation. This cancellation policy does not apply to group bookings, which will generally incur a 50% cancellation fee for the whole stay.

PROVISIONS
We provide some inclusive self-catering breakfast and snack basics: water, juice, milk, cereal, tea, coffee and biscuits. Unfortunately we cannot cater to individual dietary requirements, so please bring any extra breakfast provisions that you think you might need. Supermarkets are a few blocks nearby.

AMENITIES
Ensuite to the master bedroom, ten apartments include spa facilities, one ground floor apartment has a large shower room. All accommodation features TVs, WiFi, kitchens; stove top, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, reverse cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), hairdryer and bathroom essentials. *The houses nearby do not have spas.

PET POLICY

With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, ALL pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction without refund and a $200 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishing effected.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY RATES
Please note that on Public Holidays our daily rates will include an additional $20 per each daily room rate to help cover running costs during these periods
